Our fee structure is base charge depending on the city the property is in and number of samples for laboratory analysis. Here are two examples.
EXAMPLE 1: If 2,100 square feet house in Auburn needs to be inspected to demolition purposes, the fee is: $400 (base fee for Auburn) + $700 (Lab analysis of 14 samples at $50 each calculated at 150 square feet per sample).
EXAMPLE 2: If kitchen floor of a house in Auburn is replaced, the estimated cost is: $400 (base fee for Auburn) + $100 (lab analysis for 2 samples, 1 from carpet mastic and 1 for the underlying sheet vinyl).
Use the Fee Estimator to perform a fee estimates for your project. You just need to input information in the red cells. If the red cells become messed up, copy the next yellow cells and paste to it so that you can correctly perform the fee calculation.
